
With the feature rich VM500-5, you can
quickly and easily set up a temperature monitor and alarm system.
You need a monitor
for your refrigerators or freezers and be immediately notified any time,
day or night, if any fail. The Refrigerator/Freezer Guard sounds an
audible alarm and alerts one or more designated person(s) at a specified
phone or pager number. It will call up to
four phone numbers or pagers to notify key personnel of a problem. Call
anytime and hear the temperature of any refrigerator/freezer.
Standard VM500-5-SGP model, in
addition to the above features, you can set up a data
logging, monitoring and alarming system. This is done using the RS 232
or USB port of your computer or Laptop.
The data are saved an Excel spread
sheet. (.csv format)
Advanced VM500-5-DCP-E model, in
addition to the above features, you can set up a distributed data
logging, monitoring and alarming system.
You have multiple refrigerators and
freezers you are responsible for collecting and reporting temperature
logs and then submitting them to various agencies. The VM500-5-DCP-E
makes this a simple task. From your desk you can automatically collect
and report temperature data from down the hall as well as all over the
world.
The data
can be graphed as well as exported to an Excel spread sheet. Comes
complete with software and an Ethernet cable.
