With the CM712 SGP  you can monitor the following sensors all over the cell network:

·         Two external temperatures, such as a refrigerator and freezer

·         The local temperature and humidity

·         Two door sensors

·         Water sensor

You program the CM712 SGP by sending simple text messages and you receive alarm notices via text messages.

Receive a text message when the temperature or humidity goes out of limits, a door is opened, or water is detected.

Receive a SMS text message when the alarm condition is corrected.

Receive reminder SMS text messages if an alarm condition is not corrected.

Receive a SMS text when the power goes out or the internal or external battery is low.

The CM712 SGP operates on 12vdc so you can use it in cars, trucks, campers, boats...any place there is a 12v battery available.  The CM712 SGP can also operate from 220 to 240vac with its included wall mount power supply.

SIM Card

A SIM card is required for the CM712 to connect to the cell network.  There are several options for obtaining a SIM.

1.      You can go to any of your local service provider to purchase a pre-paid or post paid SIM card with a SMS text message plan. 

2.      You do not need to purchase a data plan.
